Living History

Built in 1920 as an Episcopal mission church, Saint Anne's today serves as a beacon of community and connection. No longer host to weekly services, the Chapel is available for rental throughout the year. The Chapel has been the venue of choice for countless weddings, parties, reunions, and retreats.

Nestled in Tarboro, North Carolina, Saint Anne's is an hour east of Raleigh and 35 minutes north of Greenville. Situated half-way between the beach and the Triangle, Saint Anne's is the perfect location for your special event!

Want to see more of the Chapel?

I fell in love with Saint Anne's the first time I drove past it (about 12 years ago). I always wondered, what is that place and how do you have events there? A few years ago I attended a celebration of life there and my love for it grew even more. It was the most beautiful quaint chapel I had ever seen. At that moment I knew that some day I wanted to find a reason to host an event there. When my husband proposed and we decided to have a small wedding I knew exactly where I wanted to have it. Low and behold it was available for our wedding day! Trish and Kevin are extremely nice people and easy to work with. They have done a great job maintaining the chapel and it's charm. Our families couldn't stop talking about how much they loved the place and that it was the perfect wedding.

Kevin & Trish, thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!
